PRODUCTION MANAGER / PRODUCTION COORDINATOR / PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- 2 years Experience in similar capacity is required
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and sustainable production.
- Manage quality control, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize resources utilization, including raw materials, manpower and equipment.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Lead factory teams and collaborate with higher management to drive productivity and efficiency.
Successful candidate will be eligible to a higher than industry standard remuneration package with incentives.
