Junior Executive / Executive / Senior Executive – HNB Towers Operation

Job Role

  • Oversee the overall underwriting operations at HNB Towers.
  • Handle customer interactions at the HNB Towers service desk.
  • Manage and develop the insurance portfolio of the HNB Head Office Branch.
  • Coordinate Senior Citizen policies in collaboration with the Deposit Mobilization team.
  • Process HNB No Objection Letters (NOLs) in compliance with defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and report daily PPW activity and ensure timely renewal follow-ups for the overall HNB Towers operation.
  • Prepare and submit dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis to the Assistant Manager – HNB Channel.

Job Pre-Requisites:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a similar capacity.
  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification is mandatory.
  • A degree or professional qualification in Insurance or Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
  • A Diploma in Insurance would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and written skills are essential.
