Key Requirements:
- Successfully completed or reading for a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated and goal driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source top talent through various recruitment channels, screen and assess candidates for role suitability.
- Ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
