Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming leads on social media platforms.
- Identify and prioritize leads for conversion.
- Follow up promptly and direct leads to the right team.
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking data.
- Monitor lead conversion performance and provide insights.
- Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Provide a seamless experience for leads.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
