PHYSIOTHERAPIST (THALAWATHUGODA)

JOB PROFILE

• Assess patient conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and ensure rehabilitation programs align with institutional standards, meet patient expectations, and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Provide mentorship and training to trainee and junior physiotherapists, ensuring adherence to professional standards and fostering continuous learning.
• Prioritize patient satisfaction by ensuring privacy, minimizing wait times, and providing exceptional service throughout the treatment journey.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from an SLMC-recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist in a hospital with similar or larger capacity.
• Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstration skills, and IT literacy.
