Role Overview:

As a Guest Service Executive at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing reservations, check ins, check outs, and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing guest reservations, arrivals, and departures efficiently and professionally.
  • Providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Handling guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinating with departments to meet special requests.
  • Upselling services and facilities when appropriate.
  • Maintaining updated records of bookings, payments, and guest profiles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience as a front desk agent, receptionist, or in a similar role at a star class hotel.
  • Strong communication, decision making, and organisational skills.
