ASSISTANT MANAGER - PROCUREMENT

At Enrich, we’re a fast-growing food and beverage company focused on delivering quality and innovation to international markets. As our operations expand, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Procurement to strengthen our procurement team and support the next phase of our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full procurement cycle of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies
  • Build and maintain reliable supplier networks
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, QA, and Commercial teams for timely procurement
  • Monitor stock levels and implement proactive procurement planning
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement standards and regulatory policies

Your Background:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Analytical thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
