JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - OUTBOUND
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and bookings for outbound travel packages.
- Coordinate with airlines and partners to arrange travel services.
- Provide excellent customer service and travel consultation to clients.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries, quotations, and necessary travel documentation.
- Stay updated on airline policies and travel trends.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain accurate booking records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound travel operations or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
