The Job

  • Lead and manage the creative design process for campaigns, branding materials, and promotional content
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Digital, and Sales) to understand creative needs and translate them into visual solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all media
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers when needed
  • Stay current design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Edit videos for social media and campaigns, adding branding, subtitles, and basic animations

The Person

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a professional design role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw etc.
  • Skilled in video editing with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive working attitude
