Business Analyst (with Leadership and Consulting)

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating workstreams within complex projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and tools (e.g., BPMN, SWOT, gap analysis).
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucid chart.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions across departments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather and validate requirements.
- Lead small teams or workstreams and manage deliverables within project timelines.
- Analyze data and trends to support recommendations and business case development.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support change management activities including training, communication, and transition planning.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation such as BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- Maintain a consultative approach, offering insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and value.
