We are currently seeking a qualified, dynamic, reliable young individuals to recruit for the below positions immediately.
Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- BSc/HNDE or equivalent qualification obtained from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in High-rise building construction field.
- Familiarity with Civil/MEP works and documents an added advantage.
- Should be competent in using MS office and AUTOCAD.
- Familiarity with preparation of monthly interim bills and documents, preparation of progress reports and estimates, managing sub-contract bill documents and project documents.
- Perform under minimum supervision with integrity, honesty & transparency.
- Age below 40 years.
MEP Engineer
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- A Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in High-rise building construction field.
- Strong knowledge of construction, materials, application techniques and safety regulations.
- Perform under minimum supervision with integrity, honesty & transparency.
- Age below 40 years.
