We’re hiring a motivated Reservation Executive to join our fast-growing B2B travel team. If you have experience working with travel agents and can independently convert leads into bookings, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely quotations and responses to agent inquiries
- Coordinate with resorts/suppliers to secure the best rates
- Support the team in closing bookings and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & reservation systems
- Passion for travel and excellent customer service
- Flexible and team-oriented mindset
