Food Studio gives Sri Lanka its first ever Food Amura in a bid to change the country's landscape and culinary culture. Located in Sri Lanka as the food court at both of Sri Lanka's largest international scale malls - Colombo City Centre and the One Galle Face, our culinary expertise spans across Asia, connecting and collaborating with international and local stakeholders, resulting in eclectic and diverse dining experiences that are fast becoming a model of F&B development to follow.
BARISTA
We are on the lookout for a Barista to join our team to ensure the smooth operations of cafe with emphasis on beverage innovation, preparation and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages, quality presentation, including customer and staff management, stock management, waste control and upkeeping brand standards, SOPs, and hygiene & safety standards in accordance with company requirements.
If you,
- have knowledge of hot-brewing techniques and equipment
- have knowledge on mocktail preparation
- are able to be creative (Coffee Art)
- possess minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment as a Barista
- possess good leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, both written and verbal, along with computer literacy
- have a positive work attitude with result-oriented mind-set
- have the ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment with a high level of personal integrity…
