The Assistant Manager - Marketing Communications is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement, with a special focus on ATL & Digital Marketing for the organisation’s automotive brands: LAUGFS Lubricants, LAUGFS Car Care, and LAUGFS Eco Sri.

Key Responsibilities

  • ATL & Digital Marketing
    • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across TV, radio, print, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital paid media.
    • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Agency & Designer Collaboration
    • Coordinate with creative and digital agencies to ensure quality output.
    • Work closely with in-house multimedia designers for cohesive branding and content.
  • Outdoor & Trade Marketing
    • Oversee artwork development for outdoor branding and trade marketing, maintaining consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Public Relations
    • Collaborate with the corporate communications team to align PR initiatives with brand strategy.
    • Support the creation of press releases, media kits, and reputation management materials.
  • Campaign Management
    • Lead campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
    • Analyse campaign outcomes and provide strategic recommendations.

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field (CIM/SLIM qualifications will be an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing communications, with hands-on exposure to both ATL and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital media planning and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for visual design and consistency in branding.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
