Garment Technologist

Responsibilities
- To work closely with the design team to ensure that product concepts are viable and create product specifications for new product developments and on existing styles.
- Attend meetings with customers/Technical Managers/Business Managers and Technicians to discuss the areas of development and effectiveness of product development.
- Improve product feasibility and fitting comfortability.
- Work closely with production team to ensure all technical information are handed over for every product.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Textile and Clothing or Textile Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- The ideal candidate should be a team player with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling garment construction, pre-production and style introduction activities of products.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
