DHL is a subsidiary of ‘Debug Group’ which is a pioneer in Sri Lanka’s hospitality & leisure sector. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Head of Sales to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track records of driving sales growth in the hospitality, leisure or travel industry.
- Experience in managing multi-regional or national sales teams.
- Strong understanding of hospitality and leisure market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
