Responsibilities

  • Manage overall turnover and profitability of the division.
  • Handle on-going business accounts and generating new business opportunities to expand the existing customer base.
  • Strengthen the retail presence & visibility of all company brands.
  • Ensure listing of new products and conduct promotional campaigns successfully.
  • Oversee the process of order taking, delivery, collection and customer care.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with clients.
  • Manage and maintain regular call cycles.
  • Manage government and institutional sales through quotations and tenders and conduct product demonstrations where necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years FMCG experience in modern trade of which at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • High performer both in sales and brands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse and present sales statistics and information in a productive manner.
  • Team player who could drive the team towards company goals.
  • Computer skills, CRM, word and excel.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn.
