Role
- Preparation of Architectural Concept Design Drawings and Schematic / Presentation
- Drawings under the strict guidance of senior architects.
- Develop Detailed Design Drawings based on such Schematic Drawings.
- Preparation of all kinds of Architectural Working Drawings for different types of building Projects (mainly residential)
Required Qualification
- Minimum 01 year experience in similar capacity at an Architectural Consultancy Practice, Reputed Construction Company or Turn Key Company.
- Reasonable knowledge in building construction details and writing English language.
- G.C.E. Advance Level and Technical / Professional qualifications in manual and AutoCAD Draughtsman ship.
- Knowledge of other CAD tools such as 3D Max, Sketch up is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Candidates around the Colombo area would be preferred.
