Technical Officer (Networking)
Work Location: Kandy
We need a Technical Officer (Networking) who can navigate the dynamic nature of our business. You should have a strong customer service focus and an excellent problem-solving mindset. You should have experience and/or exposure with various network infrastructure platforms and the ability to manage servers and virtualization platforms. You should possess excellent time management skills, a helpful attitude, and the desire to be a part of an organisation that is going through a significant progress in the coming months. Ideally, you should possess a recognised technical qualification in ICT or demonstrable industrial experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
- Configure, manage, and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with hospital IT staff to ensure systems meet operational and security standards.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for network-related issues.
Education Qualifications / Experience Required
- Proven experience in similar role with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experiences.
- Diploma in Network, IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CNP, or equivalent are a plus.
