We're Hiring – Purchasing Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PURCHASING EXECUTIVE to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Job Summary:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
- Track deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is essential
We also seek a SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving marketing campaigns to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is essential.
