Job Description
JOB PROFILE:
- Support the implementation of the SAP Warehouse Management System (SAP-WMS), ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Analyze warehouse operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct detailed warehouse cost analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for cost optimization.
- Develop and implement warehouse process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Lead initiatives focused on automating warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics Management from a recognized university in Sri Lanka.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in warehousing and distribution operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly in logistics or supply chain modules.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate, with the ability to develop dashboards and automate workflows.
