The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, business process evaluation, and strategic reporting. The role involves managing complex data sets, creating impactful dashboards and reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making. A key focus will be on utilizing advanced Power BI capabilities to deliver high-quality visualizations and insights.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE - BI DEVELOPER
Responsibilities
- Analyze operations, trends, and internal data to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Develop group level performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to guide management decisions.
- Collaborate with business unit’s teams to gather and document business requirements and workflows.
- Conduct group-level cost-benefit and impact analyses for projects and business initiatives.
- Build and maintain analytical tools to support planning and operational improvements.
- Track KPIs and deliver insights to enhance business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and support digital transformation across business systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL for developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Experience with data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong understanding of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices in BI development.
