We are an established construction company situated at Kadawatha & Piliyandala and we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the below vacancy.
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
The candidate should have following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years experience preferably in House construction
- Diploma/ Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software (such as CostX, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Familiarity with construction costs & project management processes.
- Should have ability to detail site measurement and levels
- Should have ability for material quantity assessments and labour assessments.
- Male/Female candidates living around Boralesgamuwa and Piliyandala, preferred below 30 years.
