Qualification and Experience
- Junior Marketing Executive
- Passed G.C.E. O/L or A/L.
- Graduate Engineer (MEP)
- Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- MEP Engineer / Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken
- Qualified MEP Engineer with a recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university in China and fluent in Chinese both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Associate Member of IESL.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local building regulations.
- Knowledge of Revit software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive approach to on-site challenges.
- Graduate Structural Engineer
- Degree from a recognized university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Senior Structural Engineer / Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken
- Qualified Structural Engineer with a recognized degree from a recognized university in China and fluent in Chinese both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design of tall buildings and bridges.
- Associate Member of IESL.
- Knowledge of Revit software is an added advantage.
- Junior Structural Draftsman
- Qualified in NVQ Level 4.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Structural Draftsman / Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken
- Qualified Structural Draftsman with a recognized degree from a recognized university in China and fluent in Chinese both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Revit software is an added advantage.
- Senior Architect Draftsman / Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken
- Qualified Architect Draftsman with a recognized degree from a recognized university in China and fluent in Chinese both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Revit software is an added advantage.
- Experience in reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
