WE ARE HIRING EXECUTIVE OR SENIOR EXECUTIVE – MARKETING
Fairway Colombo is a premier city hotel known for its modern elegance, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. Located in the heart of Colombo, we are seeking energetic, creative, and experienced individuals to join our team as Executive or Senior Executive – Marketing to drive our brand and business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with hotel goals.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM).
- Plan and implement promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
- Liaise with media, PR partners, and advertising agencies.
- Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics.
- Create engaging content for digital and print platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Events.
Candidate Profile – Executive / Senior Executive Level
- Criteria
- Executive – Marketing
- Senior Executive – Marketing
- Experience
- 1–3 years in marketing (preferably hospitality)
- 3–5 years in a similar role (hospitality preferred)
- Education
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Bachelor's in Marketing (CIM/SIM a plus)
- Skills
- Basic digital tools, content creation
- Strategic planning, leadership, analytics
- Responsibilities
- Assist campaigns, support event coordination
- Lead campaigns, manage partners, supervise juniors
