Quality Assurance Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our market footprint, increase revenue & drive long-term customer partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong understanding of B2B industrial sales and a passion for growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead the QA/QC function, ensuring compliance with AS/NZS standards & ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Develop & implement quality systems, documentation & audit processes.
- Oversee material inspection, in-process checks, & finished product testing.
- Ensure proper calibration & maintenance of laboratory testing equipment.
- Drive continual improvement & external auditors' inspections & assessments.
- Mentor the QA/QC team to uphold quality awareness & best practices.
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
- Knowledge of AS/NZS 9001:2015 (or similar) and testing protocols.
- Experience in conducting internal audits and testing protocols.
