As the leading BMW after-sales care provider in Sri Lanka, we are growing our team to meet the growing demands of our VIP clientele and have the following positions for immediate employment and are seeking highly motivated, IT savvy, car buffs with European vehicle service experience, looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest standard of customer service!
Service Advisor – Work Shop
- Successful completion of NVQ Level 3/4, City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- A passion for premium automotive brands.
- Previous sales & marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient with industry-specific software.
- A strong understanding of collision repair technology and the automotive refinishing.
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
