EXTERNALIZED FINAL EVALUATION OF FEF/FEF-CSO PROJECT

N°2023-73 COLLECTIVE ACTION AGAINST PERIOD POVERTY (CAAPP)

The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka (FPA Sri Lanka), established in 1953, has been a steadfast and pioneering advocate for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Sri Lanka. With over 70 years of operational history, FPASL has evolved into a comprehensive organization, adept at addressing the diverse needs of communities. The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka is the coordinator of “Collective Action Against Period Poverty” (CAAPP) project Component 1 and Component 2 activities which is supported by the French Embassy in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

We are seeking consultancy firm or team for the final evaluation on the “Collective Action Against Period Poverty” (CAAPP) project, whose activities began in May 2023 and are now nearing completion. This final evaluation, provided for in the initial project, is being led by the Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka, the project's local coordinator, and the French Embassy in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Who may Apply:

The evaluation will be carried out by an independent external firm or team of consultants with demonstrated experience in evaluating sexual and reproductive health or community health initiatives focused on menstrual health, hygiene, and gender. Furthermore, the evaluation firm or team must not have been involved in the design or implementation of any activities under the CAAPP projects from 2023 to 2025. Firms or individual with a conflict of interest must not be included in the evaluation team.
