We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist Cum Physio Assistant for our COLOMBO & NAWALA Branches.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a comfortable experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and handling inquiries.
  • Handle administrative duties such as maintaining patient records, processing payments, and managing reports.
  • Assist physiotherapists by preparing treatment areas, guiding patients through basic exercises, and ensuring patient safety.
  • Maintain therapy equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and availability for use.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and management to coordinate treatments and schedules.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, showcasing warmth, patience, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office & appointment scheduling software.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and IT literacy.
  • Ability to support patients physically when needed and assist with therapy tasks.
