If you’re passionate about Human Resources and eager to kickstart your career in a forward-thinking company, we’re looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, Hiring and onboarding
  • Support employee onboarding activities and documentation
  • Contribute to the Learning and Development (L&D) function through planning and coordination
  • Help maintain and manage employee leave and attendance records
  • Provide administrative support in staff performance management processes
  • Collaborate with the team on various HR initiatives and employee engagement programs

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a must
  • Students who have completed their G.C.E. Advanced Level examination are encouraged to apply
  • Following or completed a professional qualification in HRM (e.g., CQHRM by CIPM) would be advantageous
  • A degree or ongoing study in Human Resource Management or Business Management is an added advantage
  • A strong willingness to learn, be proactive, and grow in a team environment
