We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as:
MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
The candidate should be a competent and experienced professional, capable of leading the Human Resources function with integrity and strategic foresight, while ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations aligned with the organization’s goals.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of the whole HR operation of the entity.
- Advise line management and staff and resolve operational HR related concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with the Director HR for guidance and keep the operational management informed on relevant HR matters.
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
- Ensure full compliance with HR processes and procedures as per standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Continuously research, analyze, and update service delivery methods and HR techniques to enhance operational effectiveness.
Experience and qualifications:
- A Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resource Management, including at least two (2) years in a similar leadership capacity.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in HR-related systems and tools.
