We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance at Unimak Private Limited, founded in 1990 and is a leader in metal printing and packaging, specializing in high-quality metal closures and cans for food and general packaging. What you need to do
- Ensure product quality meets industry and customer standards.
- Develop and monitor QA protocols to align with specifications.
- Inspect production processes and finished goods for compliance.
- Address quality issues with the production team to drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate QA records and inspection data.
- Resolve client quality complaints with corrective actions.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of QA experience, ideally in the printing or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, tools, and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
