You should ideally,
- possess minimum 4 years of experience in branch banking operations
- have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- have a flair for excellent customer service
You will be mainly responsible for all the operational activities at the branch whilst providing exceptional customer service and complying with the policies and guidelines set by the Bank and regulators.
