KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, cut, trim, and package meat products to customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the work area.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product displays.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Excellent knife-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Good communication skill.
