JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – MIS
Keells Food Products PLC, a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH), is the country's market leader in processed meat products and has held this position for over three decades. Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing distributor agreements, onboarding documentation, and all associated records
- Verifying and validating sales discount approvals
- Preparing and maintaining documentation related to discounts
- Managing events, overseeing budget allocation, coordinating purchase order creation, and handling the payment process
- Handling surge-related activities, including outlet creation, outlet transfers, and budget allocations
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or any other related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or marketing field
- Knowledge of MS office including MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and communication skills
