Senior HR Officer

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our company's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee performance appraisals.
  • Support HR strategy implementation to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and
  • Advance knowledge in HRIS administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 03 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive organizational change.
  • Previous experience in a Finance company would be an added advantage.
