Senior HR Officer
Location - Nugegoda
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our company's people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance appraisals.
- Support HR strategy implementation to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and
- Advance knowledge in HRIS administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 03 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive organizational change.
- Previous experience in a Finance company would be an added advantage.
