OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sithma Packaging is the one of ISO 9001 certified leading offset printers in Sri Lanka since 2003. We cater for a wide range of customers in both local and export markets with advanced color printing and quality management systems ensuring constant quality and reliability with a greater concern to the environment.
We are looking for individuals who have the competency to spot to pinpoint the slightest deviation to accepted standard of quality and thus ensure quality right throughout the printing process to offer our customers quality products.
Education & Experience
- Post Graduate in Industrial Management or Operations Management, from Reputed University.
- Should Qualify Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Green Belt Certificate and final project.
- MBA in Operations/ Industrial Management is a value added Advantage.
- Industry Experience minimum 10 to 15 Years.
- Industry preferences, printing and apparel Industry should be a value added advantage.
Core Skills
- Should be capable of conducting brainstorming & Kaizen implementations.
- Should be deadline oriented.
- Knowledge in industry 4.0 should be a value added advantage.
- Surrounding knowledge in human resources management.
- Should be well knowledgeable in advance production planning, work study management & production Statistics.
Other Qualifications
- Age around 35-50
- Familiar with ISO 9001/ 22000/ FSC.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work extended hours in demand.
