Anuradha Holdings is a group of companies with diverse operations with prime focus into manufacturing, import and distribution of Industrial gases, Chemicals, Welding equipment and Welding consumables in Sri Lanka. As company is expanding the operations and portfolio, currently looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team leaders to drive the HR team of the company. The ideal candidate should possess the bellow qualifications and characteristics.
Manager – Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Maintain and enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Support management and staff with HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
