Location: Galle
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar capacity, managing an upscale, casual dining restaurant (not QSR)
- Exposure to an international F&B operation will be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of cash and inventory management
- Experience handling a manual coffee machine
- Able to work flexible hours, as needed
- Proximity to Galle will be an advantage
