MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES MANAGER
The school is seeking a responsible, proactive and organised Maintenance and Facilities Manager to ensure all facilities and equipment are well maintained and breakages are fixed quickly and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising all maintenance work
- Maintaining inventories of equipment and spare parts
- Coordinating regular services for equipment
- Organising and supervising external suppliers
- Supervising maintenance staff
- Procuring new equipment
- Monitoring and overseeing cleaning staff
All applicants will have:
- relevant work experience
- appropriate academic qualifications
- fluent written and spoken English
- good ICT skills
