Overview of the role
The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, managing financial transactions, and providing support to various departments.
What you will do
- Ensure the availability and perfection of all legal documents related to Lease/ Loan facilities are in line with the internal policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all credit approval conditions are being met prior to recommending for supplier payments.
- Ensuring supplier funds are being disbursed within given SLA timelines.
- Ensure introducer funds are being disbursed within given SLA timelines.
- Follow-up undertaking documents and complete the file.
- Ownership of supplier payment and introducer payment for all regions.
- Maintain audit ratings at satisfactory level.
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management with one year of working experience in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Package (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
