Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of beverage service, and lead a motivated team while maintaining strong coordination with all hotel departments.
  • Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, inventory control, hygiene and safety compliance, and guest satisfaction—especially for VIPs.
  • The role also involves supporting special events, managing maintenance needs, monitoring beverage quality.
  • A strong sense of hospitality, hands-on leadership, and attention to detail are essential.

Candidate Qualification

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of F&B experience
  • Good knowledge of the Food & Beverage products and high-end service levels
  • Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Organized with strong planning, good communication, and interpersonal skills
