Manager - Process Improvement, Finance Systems & Analytics
Location: Colombo - Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement Strategy: Lead initiatives to streamline, standardise, and modernise finance processes, focusing on O2C and P2P. Develop and implement strategies to improve financial operations through automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Finance Systems Optimization: Drive improvements and standardisation of finance systems across regions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement integrated solutions that meet business needs.
- Advanced Analytics & KPI Development: Define and implement KPIs and advanced analytics capabilities, ensuring data consistency and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- AI-Driven Operational Solutions: Lead initiatives applying artificial intelligence to finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, forecasting), identifying and scaling high-impact AI use cases.
- Financial Planning & Analysis Support: Assist the VP Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and spend monitoring, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional leadership, IT, and business partners to align systems and process transformation efforts with enterprise strategies.
- Change Management & Adoption: Drive the adoption of new tools and processes within the finance and operations teams, providing training and change management support to ensure lasting improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Finance and/or full or final stage qualification in CIMA/ACCA
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Proven expertise in accounting transactions, month-end closing, and financial control processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to change
- Experience designing robust reporting frameworks
- Proven ability to build strong relationships in multicultural environments
