Meeru Maldives Resort Island is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about developing career in hospitality to join our team as a Commis.

  • To assist the Demi Chef De Partie with the daily kitchen tasks as per assigned kitchen.
  • To ensure cleanliness in all food preparation areas are well-maintained in compliance with the HACCP standards.
  • Any combination of education and experience or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • At least 3 year’s previous experience preferred in the following areas: Butchery, Hot Kitchen, Bakery/Pastry.
  • First Aid Training preferred. Basic Food Safety certificate is an advantage.
