RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the quotations and customer service team
- Handle full quotation lifecycle using ERP systems
- Ensure competitive pricing and accurate costing
- Work closely with Port Agency teams to coordinate ship handling operations
- Resolve client issues and maintain strong relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in ship supply or marine services
- Degree or diploma in related field is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Knowledge of vessel operations and marine logistics
- Proficient in ERP, CRM tools, and MS Office
