TEAM LEAD - QUALITY ASSURANCE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and maintain quality systems aligned with maritime and ISO standards
- Ensure compliance in packaging, freshness, safety, and labeling
- Lead inspections and minimize product issues or customer complaints
- Train teams and coordinate with suppliers to uphold quality standards
- Work closely with Port Agency teams to coordinate ship handling operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, with at least 2 years in quality assurance
- Degree or diploma in related field is an added advantage
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
