THE JOB ROLE.
- Working with ERP system
- Entering the customer's data correctly and without errors into the computer system
- Assisting the manager in organizing
- Workflow operations handling
- Customer handling and establishing good customer relationships
- Employee handling
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Team management skills and strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Sound IT knowledge
- Charismatic with good communication skills in English & Sinhalese
- Minimum over 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
