ASSISTANT MANAGER - CREATIVE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (COLOMBO)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Strategy Development and Execution to attract new clients and maintain the existing clientele
- Work with the creative/digital teams to produce on-brand visuals, short-form videos, and engaging copy, aligning with each platform’s style and audience preference
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and reviews on social media, coordinating with client services
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with in-depth analysis for management, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations
- Ensure all social media activities align with brand guidelines and compliance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or Diploma in digital media
- 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and social media
- Leisure sector experience is an advantage
- Expertise in strategic social media planning, content creation and curation
- Project management and crisis management skills in social media marketing
- Excellent communication skills
