The Job
The Head of Branch will serve as a regional business leader within the Virtual Channels model, responsible for team recruitment, sales performance, and advisor development in assigned locations. This flexible, remote role is ideal for high-impact individuals who can leverage strong personal and professional networks to build and lead successful part-time teams. Success in the role requires leadership and team-building skills, digital savviness to operate in a virtual environment, and the drive to manage performance independently. Engagement is part-time and performance-based, with earnings through commissions on sales, team recruitment along with continuous training and personal development.
