Office Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees.
  • Handle data entry and manage office databases.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with various office projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
