Job Description
Office Executive
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
Provide general support to visitors and employees.
Handle data entry and manage office databases.
Collaborate with team members and assist with various office projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
